We bought this Cars backpack for our 6-yr old son to use for Kindergarten. It's the perfect size to hold Kindergarten papers, art projects, and folders. It appears to be your average child's backpack as far as durability goes, but he has only been using it for two weeks. It's as good as any other character backpack that you will find in the store. My son likes the raised "rubber" feel of the tire tread across the center of the backpack. It would probably not hold up well for older children with heavy books.

I was pleasantly surprised when we received this backpack. It has many compartments and several outside pockets. It seems durable and well made with bright pictures of the Cars characters. Would defintely buy again.
