We bought this backpack because my daughter is big into Monster High now. We received the package on time and as scheduled, that was great. The backpack itself looked cheaply made, it felt stiff and plasticy. But with only two uses, the zipper derailed and their was no way of getting it back on track. I was very disappointed, but the return proces was fantastic. The online return process was user friendly and easy.

Purchased this item from an Amazon vendor. My daughter was so excited and happy when it arrived. Sadly, with in a few weeks the fabric tore. We have purchased backpacks for years and this was the worst of them. Apparently no recourse either for a return and/or exchange. Unhappy with the entire purchase. Don't waste your money.
